Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Metrixa's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Metrixa's services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials

  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service

  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Service Availability

Metrixa strives to maintain high service availability. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Metrixa, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials

  • All activities that occur under your account

  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

  • The accuracy of data you input into the system

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your business data stored in Metrixa. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide. Your data remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

Metrixa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
